We all lead busy lives, between work, school, family, friends, and the all-important beauty sleep hours, who has time to travel to and sit at a salon or wait around for the polish to dry? As with everything, practice makes perfect so don't be discouraged if your first application takes a little longer.

Pinch the sides of the sticker strip with it still attached to the clear sheet, hold it up to your nail, and compare which size best matches the width of your cuticle and nail bed.
TIP: Nail strips are double-ended, select the end that best matches your cuticle shape.
If you're between sizes, select the slightly smaller size - you can stretch the sticker strip slightly to fit your nail.
- Wash your hands with soap and water to ensure your nails are clean.
- Dry your hands and use alcohol wipes to ensure there are no surface oils.
- Buff nails gently to create some texture to maximize product adhesion. (optional)
- Apply some pressure when you smooth out the sticker strip and make sure there are no wrinkles or bubbles.
- Using the flat end of the wooden stick tool, push down the edges of the sticker strip and make sure the edges do not touch your skin or it could lift after curing. You can also use the pointy end of the wooden stick tool to roll down the edges to ensure adhesion.
- Using the flat end of the wooden stick tool, gently scrape it along the side edge of the nail until the seal lifts.
- Continue to push and wiggle the stick in a slicing motion until the gel nail loosens.
- Remove residual adhesive with an alcohol wipe or polish remover
- Remember to rehydrate and nourish your nails with cuticle oil and hand cream.
Tip: Soaking your fingers in warm, soapy water for 5-10 mins will help warm up the adhesive for easier removal.
